NOTE: double parked, first car horn for some time no luck. but manage to squeeze out with some help by the car parked beside.. when the 2nd car leave(ppl whom seated beside driver table) the driver got up and move her car, BTW the driver table are not more than 10-15ft away!! please if double park be more ALERT!! and leave a number if your DEAF!!!
